WELCOME

Our story is rooted in Midland, Texas, and the oilfield community that has shaped all four of us. We have spent years around the oilfield business, learning what it takes to keep operations moving, earn customers’ trust, and build a company that people can depend on. We each came to Trans-Tex Cementing Services with a different point of view. Together, those perspectives help us see the full picture, make better decisions, and support one another as a team.

We did not start at the top. We worked our way up, learned from the people around us, and gained firsthand respect for the effort behind every job. Those experiences taught us the value of showing up, following through, solving problems, and treating people well. They also gave us the business knowledge and determination to take on a new challenge.

In 2024, the four of us took over Trans-Tex with a shared belief in its potential. We know the company has a strong foundation, and we are committed to building on it. Our focus is on dependable service, safe operations, strong customer relationships, and a workplace where our team can take pride in what they do.

Bringing Trans-Tex back to the greatness we know it can achieve will take time, hard work, and consistency. We are ready for that work. We have come a long way from where we started, but we see this as the beginning of what we can accomplish together.
